* We are duly registered with PF & ESI authorities and comply with all existing applicable rules and statutory regulations. Our security staffs are covered under the ESI of the State Government for personal accident, sickness etc. and any other fatality, which may occur while performing their duties at the client sites.
* We will bear all administrative and operational responsibilities in respect of the security staff deployed by us. We will be wholly responsible for their remuneration including ESI & EPF contributions etc., as per prevailing Government regulations.
* In order to maintain service quality and minimize operational problems, as a policy, we rotate our staff once every six months. This is done with the objective of minimizing the problems, which may arise due to undue familiarity of our staff with the client. However, such transfers will be adjusted in a manner that there is no decline in the standard of work.
* In order to ensure the Service Quality, we require certain essential facilities from Client’s side such as our staff being permitted access to the premises before and after the office hours, Change Rooms etc.
